For those who would like to know more about us.
Welcome, to the refreshed "Web Home" of Borsodi Fine Jewellery. We know it's been a long time coming, but we are delighted to be here, to share with you our exciting collection of beautifully created custom, and ready-made jewellery. Borsodi Fine Jewellery found it's origins in F & K. Borsodi Pty Ltd, a family owned business conceived in the early 1960's by husband and wife team, Ferdinand (Fred) Snr and Klara. Fred snr. was well noted for his endless passion for all things jewellery, but when it came to his love of the "opal", and bringing out the best in each individual piece, he could not be surpassed. In fact, he would go on holidays, just so he could spend more time polishing his precious stones!
These days, since the passing of Fred snr, the whole show is quite literally in the hands of Fred Jnr, an equally talented and skilled craftsman who happily carries on the traditions and highest quality standards established by Fred Snr. You would need to travel great distances to see a better sight than the look in Fred Jnr's eyes, as he delivers another quality creation to an excited customer.

And when this is done? On to thinking about the next one, of course!
There are absolutely no imitations, and only genuine materials are used in each item as specified by you, the customer. In this modern era, where online is the dominant form of doing business when buying from overseas, this is not always the case. We should always be aware, that if it seems a bargain too good to be true, there is every likelihood that it is just that. Especially when it comes to jewellery, where the consumer is more often than not, inexperienced in discerning between the genuine article and an imitation.
