Handmade sample of Borsodi Fine Jewellery custom produced chain. Crafted from 1.40mm silver wire and weighing 28.0gms with a length 515mm.
When made to order, there may be some slight variations to chain weight.

This page is ideal for customers who are looking for both stand-alone, ready to wear jewellery pieces (Item CH00300A), and/or chains to complement any new or old pendant pieces. Unfortunately, most of the selections here are only available in silver, as they are machine made and gold "samples" do not exist, as they are very expensive to have just sit around, unless of course they are on special order.
If you are especially wanting gold, this can be arranged via any of the "handmade" examples on this page, where lengths are manufactured to commissioned requirements. These can be seen in items CH00125A using .55mm silver wire, CH00145A using .70mm silver wire and CH00420A using 1.40mm silver wire. The advantage with any one of these options is that you are able to determine the length of your special piece. Also, these chains are extremely durable as every link is eye-wateringly, individually connected/soldered. An eyesight tester and a dying skill, but the way chains used to be made before machines took over!
